Bar-coding:
TMT Fleet Maintenance prints bar-coded part and bin labels. It supports attached bar-code readers that interface with the bar coded labels for part physical inventories and maintenance part and labor charging.
Interactive Mechanic Workstation:
Interactive task management and time collection system for the shop foreman and the employees
Shop Planner:
Coordinate and track the repair schedules for equipment routed to a company or vendor facility, allowing management and tracking of the daily workload in the shop

Allow the freedom of hand-held scanners and the ease of touch screen monitors to improve efficiencies. Eliminate data-entry errors as you scan parts in and out of inventory. Whether you use our basic system barcode functionality or the Advanced Barcoding Module with Mechanic Workstation, these accessories will enhance shop efficiency and your bottom line. Available for Palm® OS and Windows Mobile® handhelds.
Tire Management:
Control and monitor your tire inventories, tread depth and wear, rotation schedules, tire utilization and more.
Vendor Information System (VIS):
Web Portal application that allows you to coordinate maintenance and repair activities and billing closely with trusted vendors. Your third-party vendors will enter labor and parts details per completed service order, which automatically generates an invoice that is passed through to your Accounts Payable for processing. Keeps your vehicle repair histories up-to-date for your shop and other external providers and streamlines billing from your vendors with increased accuracy and timeliness, resulting in quicker payment for them.
Customer Information System (CIS):
This Web Portal application is designed for shops that do outsourced service repair for fleet owners. CIS powers customer self-service features that build customer loyalty and improve client satisfaction while reducing your customer service costs. With CIS, your customers can receive regular PM-due notifications for specific equipment and can check on status of open repair orders, vehicle maintenance histories, they can request repair estimates for specific service items or schedule an appointment for service and pull up a range of valuable reports about their fleet history, costs per mile or per vehicle and more.
Dispatch System and ERP Integration:
Through our rich integrations with leading TMS and dispatch software providers like McLeod Software, Innovative Computing Corporation and TMW Systems Enterprise Transportation Software, TMT Fleet Maintenance becomes a core part of your operations technology, benefiting from data generated by in-vehicle mobile communications or telematics systems. In-vehicle systems from Qualcomm, PeopleNet and others often feed position and vehicle data to central dispatch systems and through integration, TMT Fleet Maintenance can have real-time access to details like vehicle fault codes, fuel consumption, mileage and more that can be captured from this data stream.

For Construction and other off-road fleets, TMT Fleet Maintenance can integrate with vehicle location and sensor systems from Qualcomm and Trimble Mobile Solutions directly to receive data such as service hours, fuel consumption and fault codes remotely.
