David Wangler
President, CEO Dave Wangler

As president and chief executive officer of TMW Systems Inc., David Wangler leads this noted provider of enterprise software to the trucking and logistics industry. His move to TMW in early 2006 proved to be a natural fit. With more than 25 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing software, Wangler brings his vision and business acumen to guide TMW's growth among leading transportation firms. Under his leadership, TMW has built a broad portfolio of integrated, enterprise transportation software (ETS), fleet maintenance and logistics optimization solutions. Prior to joining TMW, Wangler held executive management posts in the US and abroad for SupplyWorks Inc.--now a part of Made2Manage Systems, Baan, SKYVA International and Wonderware Corporation.

 

Dave Mook, TMW COODavid Mook
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer

David Mook, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, joined TMW Systems in 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and attended Case Western Reserve Law School. Mook was one of the original developers of TMW's foundation products and over the years, he has held  numerous positions at TMW including VP of International, VP of New Business Development, and VP of Product Development.


Jeffrey Ritter
Chief Financial Officer Jeff Ritter, TMW CFO

As CFO of TMW Systems, Jeffrey Ritter manages all financial aspects of the company, greatly contributing to TMW's fiscal strength and escalated growth over the last five years. He plays a crucial role in developing strategic annual operational and long-term financial plans for each of the company's product groups. Ritter joined TMW Systems in 1999 and brings to his position more than seventeen years of financial services experience, including KPMG Peat Marwick, where he specialized in international manufacturers and financial service clients, ITS, Inc., where he managed the domestic and international expansion of the company from $32 million in revenue to $120 million within a four-year period.

Dave Schildmeyer, TMW Sr. VPDave Schildmeyer
Senior Vice President, Sales

Dave Schildmeyer is responsible for the sales operations across all lines of business at TMW. Prior to joining TMW in 2002, Schildmeyer was Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, at Regulus Integrated Solutions, an $80 million technology provider to the banking, utility, and communications industries. As Managing Director with Cincom Systems, a 'Top 100' software company, Schildmeyer had P&L responsibility for the $45 million ERP division and managed senior-level client relationships with Fortune 500 corporations throughout North America and Europe.

Randall Burrell
Senior VP and General Manager, TruckMate SoftwareRandall Burrell, TMW VP

Randall Burrell oversees the research and development, professional services and customer support organization for TruckMate as General Manager. Prior to TMW, Burrell built his career at Maddocks Systems, which he joined in 1985. Following roles in a number of key functional areas, he moved into the sales department, where he was instrumental in developing new territories and products. In 1995, he was promoted to the role of VP Sales and Marketing,  and initiated a new marketing direction for the TM4Win product, including entry into the US market. In late 2004, Burrell took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Maddocks Systems. 

 Michael August
SVP and General Manager, TMW Asset Maintenance Software

Mike AugustMichael August brings to TMW over 25 years of experience in organizational and business development. He has hands-on experience with more than 40 merger and acquisition transactions for both large and small companies, including BAAN / SSA GLOBAL, AnswerPort and Computer Science Corporation. In addition to his merger and integration experience, August has served as Chief Operating Officer of a large enterprise software company and Vice President of several large professional services organizations. August holds a master's degree in Manufacturing Systems from University of St. Thomas, a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Development from University of Wisconsin and a BS in Organizational Development from Rhode Island College.

Scott VanselousScott Vanselous
Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Scott Vanselous oversees marketing communications, product marketing, partner relations and business development. He joined TMW as Senior VP and General Manager of Asset Maintenance in 2007. Previously he worked with Oracle where he was Director, Travel and Transportation Industry Business Unit. His area of expertise focused on the logistics, trucking, rail and maritime industries. Prior to that, he spent nearly three years with DHL - first as Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Alliances, and then as VP of Americas Global Supply Chain Outsourcing. Vanselous brings more than 20 years of industry experience and holds an established track record as a strategist and innovator in transportation, supply chain management and logistics.

Ray West
VP and GM, Innovative Software; General Manager, TL2000 Software

Ray WestWith a 20-year track record in the transportation software industry, Ray West is responsible for Innovative software and TL2000 operations. After service in the Marine Corps, West was instrumental in founding privately held companies, including Thoroughbred Systems, which developed mobile communications and dispatching software. West previously served as Vice President, IT for Atlas Van Lines and as Director, Product Development for Qualcomm Inc. He holds a Masters in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. He joined TMW in 2007.

 

Mike Kositzky
VP and General Manager, Appian Software

Mike Kositzky has 30 years of experience in the transportation industry in the areas of consulting and software development. His efforts have been focused on developing optimization techniques to reduce transportation cost in a wide variety of transportation environments. Kositzky founded Appian Logistics Software in 1987 which was acquired by TMW in 2011. Prior to forming Appian Logistics, Kositzky was a regional manager of the operations research consulting practice of Arthur Young and Company. He holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Oklahoma.
